I created SAMIA because I wanted something that didn’t exist — a food that felt as thoughtful as it was delicious. I’ve always loved to cook. There’s something about preparing food for others — the quiet care, the rhythm, the offering — that’s always felt natural to me.
It’s how I express love. It’s how I serve. But when I looked for food that felt that intentional, I couldn’t find it. So I started in my own kitchen. Quiet mornings. Organic ingredients. And a frequency — 528 Hz — that brings everything into balance.Every batch of SAMIA is crafted slowly, by hand, and always with presence.
You won’t find preservatives, seed oils, or artificial shortcuts here. Just real food, made with the kind of care you can taste — and maybe even feel. SAMIA is the most personal thing I’ve ever created. It’s food I’d make for the people I love — and now, I get to make it for you.
